ShrtFrm Media is the trading name of Mark IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (India) and Incaanus Inc (United States). We are a film production studio with offices in Mumbai and Atlanta (Norcross, GA).

This policy covers data collected through our website at shrtfrm.media.

We collect the minimum data needed to respond to enquiries and improve the site:

• Contact form submissions — name, email, company name, and project brief
• Calculator submissions — website URL and email address
• Careers applications — submitted via mailto link; we do not store application data on our servers
• Usage data — collected by Cloudflare analytics (page views, country, device type)
• Cookies — managed by Cloudflare Zaraz, consent-gated before any non-essential cookies are set

We do not collect payment information, passport details, or demographic data.

We use the data we collect to:

• Respond to project briefs and enquiries submitted through the contact form
• Generate cost estimates via the calculator tool
• Send transactional emails (brief confirmations, estimate reports) via Resend
• Improve site performance and content based on aggregated analytics
• Comply with applicable legal obligations

We do not use your data for remarketing, profiling, or automated decision-making.

We share data only with the sub-processors needed to operate the site:

• Cloudflare — hosting, CDN, Turnstile anti-spam, Zaraz consent management
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• Google — Sheets (CMS data storage), Analytics (GA4 via Zaraz, consent-gated)
• OpenAI — calculator analysis processes the website URL only; no personally identifiable information is sent

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights over your personal data:

• GDPR (EU/EEA) — access, rectify, erase, port, restrict processing, and object to processing
• IT Act 2000 (India) — access and correct your personal information
• CCPA (California) — know what data we hold, request deletion, opt out of sale (we do not sell data)
